Lifting, moving and handling of furniture and deliveries also form an important part of the job. Working as the School Caretaker / Site Facilities Assistant & Maintenance Operative you will help maintain the school site in order to provide a clean and safe environment for all users of the school. As the School Caretaker / Site Facilities Assistant & Maintenance Operative you will work with the site team ensuring general repairs and maintenance are carried out. You will need to be able to use your initiative and problem solve whilst ensuring that health and safety regulations are adhered to. Specific trade strengths in any area would be an advantage but not essential. Lifting, moving and handling of furniture and deliveries also form an important part of the job. Full health and safety training will be given.
