Job Title: Assistant Kitchen ManagerThis role is part of a small team, consisting of a Kitchen Manager and 5 Catering Assistants.As the successful candidate, you will assist the Kitchen Manager with the overall management of the boarding house menu, food production planning, food purchasing, and stock control.
