Job Description: We are looking for a committed and passionate Floor Supervisor to join our Housekeeping Department. You must have previous experience as a room attendant / linen porter or floor supervisor in 3-4 star hotel and have very high standards in terms of bedroom and bathroom cleanliness. You will be required to check rooms after cleaning by others, rectify any issues, report any maintenance issues noted and ensure all Intercontinental Hotels Group standards adhered to at all times. You should have good communication skills and attention detail You will be required to deputise for the head housekeeper in her absence.
