Which hosts some of the world’s greatest artists, producers, composers and musicians.This role offers the chance work in Abbey Road’s restaurant and in-studio dining offering; a hub that which sits at the heart of the Studio’s home for our team and creative community.To ensure customers are served in a friendly and efficient manner and the staff restaurant is set up to the highest standards expected from Lexington, customers, and the client.What you’ll be doing…As a Chef de Partie you will support, organise, mentor and train members of the kitchen team in line with company procedures.Responsibilities:Ensure food preparation and control meets requirements in respect of COSHH, Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations are adhered to and any incidents are reportedSupport the manager in maintaining, ordering and controlling food stocks within budgetMaintaining up to date product and menu knowledge, and maintaining a high standard of food preparation and presentation, ensuring portion and quality controlEnsuring high standards of cleanliness of all areas in the kitchen and of equipmentWhat can you bring?
