This is acompliance and auditing-led rolewith a strong focus onfood quality, safety, cost control, and operational excellence . The Role:As aRegional Manager , you'll oversee the catering performance of multiple care home sites, working in partnership with client stakeholders to improve standards across the board. You'll be the bridge between site teams and senior clients-guiding, auditing, and advising in key focus areas such as: Food Safety & HSE complianceFood production, quality, and presentationCost control and budget adherenceData analysis and performance reportingThis is not a traditional operations role-you'll be a trusted consultant and compliance leader, driving improvements across non-Compass managed teams while ensuring our service offer delivers measurable results.
