This role is responsible for delivering pharmacy targets, managing the store Pharmacist and pharmacy colleagues, and supporting Asda Pharmacy's goal to be best in class. On a daily basis, the Pharmacy Practice Manager will lead, coach, and develop the pharmacy team to ensure excellent patient experience and safety. You will support and develop direct reports and locums to uphold high standards of customer service, compliance within GPhC standards, and clinical governance. You will have access to in-store, regional, and home office support teams, ensuring assistance is always available for clinical or service-related queries. Rota: Week 1: Mon 9am-9pm, Wed 9am-9pm, Thurs 3.30pm-9pm Week 2: Mon 9am-9pm, Wed 9am-9pm, Thurs 9am-9pm, Sat 9am-9pm “Let’s find out about you” We seek a dedicated Pharmacy Practice Manager committed to healthcare excellence. The ideal candidate will be a qualified and registered pharmacist with GPhC, experienced in NHS and private services, capable of balancing managerial and clinical roles, and inspiring teams to meet KRAs. You must possess a valid GPhC registration, right to work in the UK, and safeguarding qualifications.
