You will be responsible for maximizing our sales potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the senior decision-makers across sports, entertainment, gaming and web3 organisations.Your Responsibilities IncludeAchieving growth and hitting both sponsorship & delegate sales targets Designing and implementing a strategic events sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures it’s strong presence Own recruiting, objectives setting and performance monitoring of sales representatives Build and promote strong, long-lasting partner/sponsor relationships to understand their needs and objectives within the partnership Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management teamRequirements And SkillsSuccessful previous experience as a b2b conference sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
