We’re looking for a commercially sharp, results-driven Digital Sales Manager to take ownership of new business and grow digital revenue across SME advertisers and indie agencies. This isn’t a sit-back-and-wait role—you’ll be out there hunting, pitching, and closing, supported by a team that values speed, collaboration, and smart thinking. You’ll have the freedom to shape your pipeline, run your strategy, and make an impact from day one. What You’ll Be Doing: Own and grow digital sales across SME brands and independent media agencies Leverage your existing agency relationships to unlock new opportunities Lead the full sales cycle: from outreach to pitch, close, and ongoing growth Collaborate with trading and client teams to build bespoke, ROI-led campaigns Represent the business at key events and industry forums What You’ll Bring: 5+ years in digital media sales (ad tech, programmatic, networks, etc.) A solid black book of independent agency contacts—this is essential A proven track record of smashing revenue targets A strategic, self-starting mindset and a hands-on approach Confidence with digital platforms, DSPs, data solutions, and trading models This is a role for someone who thrives on autonomy, loves the chase, and wants to be part of a commercially focused team that rewards ambition.
