We’re looking for aNational Account Executiveto join our Grocery, Chilled & Frozen team, supporting our Senior NAM in managing major retail customers— Asda, Morrisons , andBooths . You’ll help drive sales, manage customer relationships, deliver promotional plans and contribute to our exciting growth journey. What You'll Do: Support day-to-day tradingfor key retail accounts including Asda and Morrisons—handling price changes, promotions, forecasting, and customer communications. Own and grow smaller categorieswithin the P&L with potential to scale over time. Managepromotion planning, activation, and administration , working closely with internal teams and customer portals. Build and maintainstrong customer relationships , ensuring exceptional service and accurate execution. Forecast and analyse performanceagainst targets and budgets—highlighting key insights and identifying opportunities. Collaborate cross-functionally with teams includingCategory, NPD, Marketing, Finance , andSupply Chainto execute plans. Help manage theBoothsaccount end-to-end—from promotional planning to strategy alignment and target delivery. Ensure all activity isCompetition Law compliantand aligns with internal standards. What You’ll Need: FMCG sales experience—ideally within a blue-chip environment. Familiarity withRetail Link / Asda portalsand experience acrossboth Branded and Own Labelpreferred. Excellentnegotiation, organisation, and relationship managementskills. Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and a good grasp of commercial levers. Confident in Excel and PowerPoint. Comfortable working at pace and managing multiple priorities. A self-starter who thrives on ownership and delivering results.
