Our busy retail client based in Bristol is looking for 7.5 T Delivery Drivers to start work asap.Read on to find out what you will need to succeed in this position, including skills, qualifications, and experience.The business works Tuesday to Saturday delivering white goods, TVs and furniture. Work starts at 6 am daily and will consist of 25 to 45 drops depending on the route.Lorries are preloaded in the depot by warehouse staff but the job is quite physical due to number of drops and weight of items which could be delivered to the room of choice.Work is done with a driver's mate to help with deliveries.Freshly passed drivers would be considered.Following a successful driving assessment you will be inducted over next 2 days, then work would start.Our ideal driver: No more than 6 points on full UK Licence, CPC and Tacho cardWill have a good understanding of Tacho laws and driving regulationsWill have some previous HGV driving experience (but freshly passed drivers are consideredWork is temporary ongoing but could become permanent following a qualifying period.
