You'll be responsible for scheduling care visits, maintaining strong relationships with both clients and carers, and ensuring that care is delivered in line with each client's needs and preferences.Key Responsibilities Schedule and coordinate care visits, ensuring continuity and efficiencyAct as the first point of contact for care staff and clients regarding daily operationsMaintain up-to-date records and care plansAssist with care worker recruitment, onboarding, and compliance checksEnsure all care packages are fully staffed and any issues are resolved promptlyWork closely with Field Care Supervisors to monitor quality of careParticipate in the on-call rota as required?
