We are currently searching for an English-speaking freelance Organizational Change Manager - SAP as part of a Greenfield S/4HANA program.Any additional information you require for this job can be found in the below text Make sure to read thoroughly, then apply.Please note that up to 50% travel within the EU will be required.Start: ASAPDuration: 6 months +Location: Remote + 50% EU travelTasks Include:Develop and execute change management strategy for SAP implementationConduct stakeholder impact assessments and readiness evaluationsDesign and deliver communication plans to support end-user engagementCreate training strategies and support development of learning materialsPartner with business leads to drive adoption and behavioural changeMonitor change progress and adjust interventions based on feedbackEnsure alignment between change, communication, and project milestonesRequired Skills:5+ years' experience in Organizational Change ManagementProven experience supporting at least one end-to-end SAP implementationStrong understanding of change frameworks Experience designing and delivering training and communicationsIndustry background in Life Sciences, Pharma, or Manufacturing preferredExcellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and presentation skills
