We provide leaders with exceptional data on the quality and content of their coaching programmes, along with systems to effectively improve the quality of their coaching programme & culture of their school. Finally, we equip T&L leaders with the content & knowledge to build their own highly effective shared language to drive Instructional Coaching and teacher development.About the RoleWe are looking for a London-based Operations and Administrative Assistant with at least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or related role. Ideally, with experience working in the education sector.Key ResponsibilitiesOrganising and responding to user enquiriesCRM entry and managementOperational and administrative support in the planning and delivery of Steplab eventsOffice managementManaging and updating content on our platformSupporting the wider Steplab team in delivering projectsSkills and experienceEvidence of at least 1-2 years of administrative experience, ideally in a school setting, e.g., school reception or office roleHave a high standard of written and verbal communicationsHave very high attention to detailExperience in CRM and data managementProficiency in using Microsoft suiteHave exceptional organisation, planning and administrative abilities, including the ability to prioritise own workloadExperience of working in fast paced environment with high performing teams.Our productivity tools include Notion, Slack, Google Workspace and more.
