Health & Safety ManagerLocation: Hybrid – LondonSalary: £50,000MUST HAVE ENTERTAINMENT PROVIDER EXPERIENCE The ideal candidate is a proactive and experienced health 'safety professional who will play a key role in managing compliance and safety during the build and installation phases of our London site. You’ll ensure best practices are followed, risks are managed, and a safe working environment is maintained for all staff, contractors, and visitors.ResponsibilitiesLead all health, safety, and compliance efforts on-site during build and install phases.Develop and manage RAMS and act as CDM coordinator.Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments.Deliver inductions, toolbox talks, and safety briefings.Manage incident reporting and emergency response planning.Monitor contractor compliance and site access procedures.Maintain accurate documentation and provide regular safety reports.Support cross-functional teams and advise on legislative updates.QualificationsNEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent) required.5+ years’ experience in a health 'safety role within construction, events, or creative builds.Strong knowledge of UK H&S legislation, including CDM Regulations.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Experience managing RAMS and compliance documentation.First Aid and Fire Safety qualifications (or willingness to obtain).Highly organised with strong attention to detail.Able to work full-time on-site in West London.Desirable:Experience in immersive installations or themed attractions.Familiarity with CDM Principal Designer/Contractor duties.Awareness of sustainability in site safety and compliance.
