If you’re someone who takes ownership, stays positive under pressure, and works with the team (not against it), we want to hear from you.You’ll be carrying out maintenance, repairs, and upgrades on a wide range of electrical, lighting, fire, and AOV systems in busy, sensitive environments like hospitals and schools.What We’re Looking For:Qualified – NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition, 2391, FIA modules, JIB Gold Card or ECS.Experienced – Solid background working with electrical, lighting, fire, and AOV systems.Proactive – You don’t just highlight problems—you suggest how to fix them.Reliable – You understand that in hospitals and schools, safety and quality aren’t optional.Professional – You work respectfully with clients, colleagues, and contractors.DBS Clear – An Enhanced DBS check is mandatory.Your Day-to-Day:Service, maintain, and repair electrical, lighting, fire, and AOV systems.Diagnose faults and implement solutions safely and efficiently.Complete remedial electrical works and lighting upgrades, including intelligent DALI systems.Commission, test, and hand over systems to clients with full documentation.Communicate clearly with clients and the team to get jobs done right the first time.What You’ll Need:✔ Electrical qualifications (NVQ, City & Guilds, 18th Edition, etc.)✔ Understanding of BS7671, BS5839, and compliance standards.✔ Full UK driving licence.✔ Strong work ethic, flexibility, and a genuine commitment to doing a good job.What You’ll Get:Competitive PAYE salary (£35-45k depending on experience).Pension contributions.Company vehicle, specialist tools, and all expenses covered.28 days paid holiday (incl. bank holidays).Ongoing professional development and career progression.Supportive team environment where good work is noticed and valued.How to Apply:Ready to join a team that values solutions over excuses?Send your CV and a short cover letter telling us about your experience—and more importantly, your attitude—to Agencies.
