Our client is looking for an experienced commercial lawyer ideally with the following experience: Provide legal advice and counsel to various internal clients in relation to a wide range of commercial contracts and associated tech law, data protection and other legal issues. ability to advise on wide range of third party supplier contracts for provision of goods, services and products across different stakeholder / internal client types. Knowledge of regulatory environment and key regulations that affect such third party supplier contracts, e.g. GDPR, EBA Outsourcing Guidelines, DORA, bank resolution planning requirements. Ability to work on key projects for the bank, including for example, implementation of technology projects involving Cloud and AI deployments Working with other lawyers globally across an international team to address local law requirements across countries receiving third party supplier services directly and on an inter-affiliate basis.
