Social Media Manager – TikTok (12-Week FTC or 3/4 Days/Week Freelance) Central London (Hybrid) Start: ASAPWe’re recruiting on behalf of a much-loved consumer brand with a standout product and a social presence that’s anything but ordinary. They made waves in 2021 with a viral TikTok moment that racked up over 23 million views — and turned them into a household name almost overnight.Now, they’re ready to do it all again. The digital landscape has shifted, and they’re looking for a creative, culture-savvy Social Media Manager to help re-energise their TikTok presence and continue growing their community across the UK and international markets.This is a brilliant opportunity to join a fast-paced, high-growth business and take the lead on content that genuinely captures attention.The role:You'll report to the Head of Brand Marketing and work closely with a leading social agency, playing a key role in delivering engaging, platform-first content that resonates with a growing audience. Your focus will be on TikTok, but you'll contribute to broader social strategy across markets including the UK, Australia and the Middle East.Key responsibilities include:Leading and delivering TikTok content that captures attention and drives engagementDeveloping and executing social strategy in collaboration with internal teams and agency partnersTracking trends and performance, using data and insights to inform content decisionsManaging influencer and partnership activity to boost reach and relevanceSupporting broader campaign work across social channelsHelping shapes social voice that reflects the brand’s distinctive tone and valuesWhat we’re looking for:Proven experience in social media marketing, ideally with a strong focus on TikTokA deep understanding of digital trends, internet culture and what makes content shareableCreative skills across content production – confident using tools like Canva, CapCut or PhotoshopStrong communication and project management abilities, working cross-functionally with internal teams and agenciesA proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership and deliver high-quality, on-brand content at pacePrevious experience in food and drink is a real bonusThe offer:12-week contract, with the option to work full-time or 3 days/week (freelance)Based in Central London, with hybrid workingCompetitive day rate / salary equivalent depending on experienceImmediate startIf you’re someone who thrives in a creative, fast-moving environment and understands how to turn cultural moments into meaningful brand engagement, we’d love to hear from you.
