You’ll work with cross-functional teams, international clients, and healthcare professionals to implement access programs across multiple geographies - bringing structure, oversight, and strategic vision to every stage.What You’ll DoLead the setup, implementation, and operational oversight of global EAP/NPP programs.Ensure project timelines, budgets, and deliverables align with contractual scopes of work.Serve as the central point of contact for clients, providing updates, managing expectations, and building long-term relationships.Proactively identify project risks, trends, and opportunities, providing solutions that maintain program integrity and efficiency.Support proposals, bid defences, and client onboarding in collaboration with business development teams.Guide and mentor project teams, ensuring compliance with internal SOPs and industry regulations.Ensure all change orders and out-of-scope activities are properly documented and integrated into project planning.Lead or contribute to the development of internal processes, SOPs, and quality documentation.What You BringA university degree in a health-related field (nursing or equivalent preferred).Minimum 2 years' direct experience in clinical trials or expanded access programs, with at least 1 year of project or team leadership.Strong understanding of GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory requirements for EAP/NPP programs.Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple priorities, and keep programs on track under pressure.Clear and confident communicator, both verbally and in writing.Competency with project tools such as MS Office, eTMF, and CTMS.Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.Why Join?Contribute to programs that make a real difference in patients' lives - outside of traditional clinical trial models.Work in a collaborative, mission-focused environment with like-minded professionals.Lead projects with global impact, while being supported by experienced leadership and operational teams.Interested?
