Job DescriptionEuropean Data Manager, Reporting SpecialistWe are looking for a European Data Manager, Reporting Specialist to join our team!As the European Data Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining efficient reporting on the data flow from our external partners into our databases. You will manage and organize data reporting, working closely with our Finance, Technology, and Supply Chain partners to ensure the right information is held and presented to reflect our business performance.Key Responsibilities:Maintain and configure data reporting to ensure accessibility and insight into business performance.Work with international data from our hotel, restaurant, outlet, and purchasing partners to centralize and manage information for clear financial performance and forecasts.Manage the relationship management and forecasting system for our European GPO and Managed Services business, coordinating usage, accurate statistics, and effective forecasting.Support global and European transformation initiatives by providing data, subject knowledge, and problem-solving expertise.Represent European interests at a global level, deputizing for the Director as necessary.While remote work is supported, some European travel will be required once established in the role.Skills:Fluent English (preference for Fluent Spanish as well)Analytical and mathematical skills with great attention to detailProven experience with BI Toolsets (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) and competency in SQL, Powershell, BI tools, Microsoft Access, and ExcelThorough understanding of databases and their applicationStrong interpersonal and communication skills, able to interact with all levels of management and external suppliersTeam player with good time-management skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervision, under pressure, and with a sense of ownership and pride in your workExperience:DBA or equivalent experience handling large, varied, and complex data sources and standardizing them through an ETL processExperience working in a procurement department, preferably within the Food or Hospitality industryProven experience supporting Finance processes (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger processing)About Us:Aramark Corporation (in Europe, this includes Aramark and Avendra International) is a leading global provider of food, facilities, and uniform services to education, healthcare, business and industry, and sports, leisure, and corrections clients.This role is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to excel in supporting complex supply chain management in a leading global large-scale industry.Equal Opportunities:We are an equal opportunities employer and we are determined to ensure that no applicant or employee receives less favourable treatment on the grounds of gender, age, disability, religion, belief, sexual orientation, marital status, or race, or is disadvantaged by conditions or requirements which cannot be shown.
