Social Media & Community Platform ManagerWho We AreWe’re a content-first, culture-driven digital marketing company that specialises in social media and storytelling for the food and hospitality world. But we don’t just serve clients, we run our own high-output content machine with a growing community of over 300,000 followers and 3 million+ monthly viewers across multiple platforms.We’re looking for a social-native, culturally tuned-in, execution-driven operator who knows how digital really works and wants to go all in. Someone who understands why people stop scrolling, what makes them stick, and how to build momentum across platforms. You don’t need a marketing degree, you need taste, obsession, and relentless follow-through.This is not a clock-in, clock-out role.If you’re looking for a comfortable schedule and tidy task list, this isn’t it. We need someone who’s seeking growth, wants to be part of building a legacy brand, and is ready to move fast.Non negotiable experience:Built an online paid community on Skool or CircleUsed Iconosquare to manage social media accountsManaged Dropbox extensivelyCompetent in G Suite - creating Slides, Sheets, and DocsMastered You’ll be responsible for:Building out a paid community platform on Circle, including onboarding members, organising live workshops and coordinating guest logistics, and managing and engaging the community end to endDeveloping and executing social media strategiesManaging multiple social media accounts and posting schedulesEngaging in community management across social platformsStaying up to date with digital trends and platform shiftsWorking with editors to produce and distribute viral contentAnalysing platform performance and bringing strategic insights to grow reach and engagementAssessing analytics across client and internal channels to report and refineRole DetailsEmployment type: Full-timeSalary: £35,000Remote: UKStart date: ImmediateWhy Join UsGuidance and mentorship to develop new and existing skillsContribute to a company shaping the future of food and hospitality storytellingWork with the best in the game
