In addition our client’s inhouse products are created by Michelin star trained staff and their Sushi range is simply world class!Role OverviewThe Deputy Store Manager will support the day to day operational running of the business and it’s incredible team. Responsibility for achieving all targets, budgets and KIP’s set. In addition you will be responsible for ensuring that a world-class customer experience is delivered to all customers as well as ensuring the store reflects a world-class shopping facility.The successful candidate will have the following experience:Previous experience within a luxury food environmentA passion for delivering a world-class serviceHave an understanding of the wider aspects of retail management, i.e. health 'safety, training and stock managementA ‘hands on’ approach to working and be able to use own initiativeA positive, approachable and professional attitude and demeanourPossess a good level of computer literacyThe ability to work both as a team member, and alone in a busy working environment.Possess a positive approach to learning, and developmentThis is a fantastic opportunity!
