Our client is an innovative manufacturing company, and they are now seeking an International Sales Manager who will be responsible for all sales for the European market. The successful candidate must be a go getter with a proven track record working with large and medium retail accounts. Responsibilities:Establish relationships with toy buyers inside retail chains.Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management mattersBuild and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationshipsNegotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profitsDevelop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and customer stakeholdersEnsure the timely delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectivesCommunicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal/external stakeholdersDevelop new business with existing clients and identify growth areas to meet sales quotasExplore and develop new businessForecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)Prepare reports on account statusCollaborate with management team to identify and grow opportunities within territoryAssist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as neededSkills & Qualifications:BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant fieldProven success as Sales Manager, including multi-year sales growth with customers, and consistent achievement of quotas.Previous experience selling children's toys within a Retail environmentExperience working with mass-market retailer in the European marketOnline savvy with a critical eye regarding online contentDemonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence at all levelsSolid experience with MS Office (particularly MS Excel)Familiar with SAP advantage but not requiredDetail oriented with experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needsProven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a timeIndependent, self motivated and driven, with the ability to open new opportunities.A creative thinker that will generate new channel of business for the company.Proven experience building a new sales system.Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilitiesComposed, calm, independent, easy-going personality.Strong work ethic, and ability to work independently with minimal supervisionWillingness to travel extensively across Europe as a key part of the role.
