With an expanding national portfolio and a capital program set for growth, they’re building something bold and they need a hands-on Project Manager to help make it happen.What you’ll be doing as a Project Manager:As the new Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of small but high-impact residential capex projects — from kitchen and bathroom refurbishments to EPC upgrades, and soon loft conversions and rear extensions.Deliver 10–15 live projects at any one time (typically £40–60k in value)Scope, cost, and manage works from initiation to sign-offCoordinate contractors and ensure standards, timing, and value are metSupport the acquisitions team with capex input on new dealsYou’ll be the Project Manager who drives delivery from the front — in a lean, collaborative team that values ownership and impact.What we’re looking for in a Project Manager:Extensive experience as a Project Manager in residential refurbishment, voids, or capital worksStrong delivery mindset — confident managing multiple jobs simultaneouslyExperience working with housing associations, PRS/BTR, or resi contractorsComfortable with cost planning, value engineering, and contractor performance managementProficient in Excel / Google Sheets — systems are evolving but still hands-onBenefits available for the Project Manager:London (Hybrid: 3 days office / 2 days remote)£50,000 – £60,000 + excellent benefitsPrivate healthcareShare options25 days annual leave + bank holidaysHybrid working (3 days in office, 2 from home)Mileage reimbursement for site travelThis isn’t a box-ticking role.
