Job Title: Paralegal Location: London – HybridSalary: CompetitiveAbout the Role:We are seeking a proactive Commercial Paralegal to join our UK & Ireland Legal Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a vital role in delivering an efficient, customer-focused legal service within a dynamic and supportive environment.What You’ll Be Doing:Conducting legal research as directed by our lawyersDrafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts under supervisionMaintaining legal records, filing systems, and overseeing archive processesHandling sensitive and confidential documents with discretionManaging diaries and emails proactivelyOrganising meetings and travel arrangements as requiredManaging incoming and outgoing correspondenceAssisting the Company Secretary with subsidiary governance, including updating company records and submitting statutory filingsSupporting low-level litigation mattersOccasionally preparing high-quality PowerPoint presentations, legal documents, and reportsLiaising with various internal departments, senior management, and external contacts in a professional and discreet mannerActing as the first point of contact for IT queries within the team and ensuring timely resolutionProactively identifying ways to improve legal services and processesAbout You:You have at least 1 years’ experience as a Paralegal, ideally within an in-house legal teamYou hold a law degree or equivalent qualificationYou demonstrate strong drafting skills and can provide clear, practical, solutions-based adviceYou are highly organised, able to multitask, and work well both independently and as part of a teamYou possess excellent communication skills, displaying tact and discretion when dealing with stakeholders at all levelsYou have a keen eye for detail and can work effectively to tight deadlinesYou are confident with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, with a good working knowledge of Excel and OutlookYou have good client care and interpersonal skills alongside strong time management abilitiesYou are self-motivated, proactive, and capable of making sound decisions and solving problemsWhy Join Us?This role offers the chance to grow your legal career within a well-established, forward-thinking organisation that values collaboration and innovation.
