Lead Electrical Design Engineer Staff or contractLocation: RemoteSalary: £74k Benefits: Company Car or Car Allowance Bonus (Individual or Company) + Pension 2 for 1 + 26 Days Holiday and Bank Holidays Rate £60ltd Key Responsibilities Include:Reviewing and approving Solar PV Designs and recommending technical design or process changes to improve efficiency, quality or performanceTaking the lead on designs including shading analysis, 3D modelling, electrical single-line diagrams, panel schedules and connection diagrams, using AutoCAD software.Using engineering judgement to identify parts and components to be used in PV projects, working closely with the supply chain.Skills and experience with a proven track record on a variety of PV schemes; both roof mount and ground mount.Working knowledge of standard and more advanced PC software tools (such as MS Office suite, AutoCAD, PV*SOL, modelling software, etc.) with the ability and willingness to learn new software tools.Experience in planning G99 Applications.Full UK license
