WORKPLACE EXPERIENCE MANAGERBristol, BS16 1EJ5 days per week on-site | 40 hours/week | PermanentISS is seeking a Workplace Experience Manager to lead the on-site service experience at one of our key client locations in Bristol.This role is perfect for a proactive, people-first leader who thrives in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.What you'll doEnsure day-to-day contract compliance and adherence to ISS processesFoster a positive team culture and support your on-site placemakersChampion a seamless and elevated workplace experience for clients and end usersAct quickly on missed SLAs and non-compliance to drive continuous improvementBuild trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders while upholding ISS valuesAbout YouExperience of working in either Workplace or Facilities Management (especially cleaning / office settings) – would be an advantage but is not essentialProven experience of exceeding client expectations and providing great customer serviceA strong background in people leadership and team developmentExcellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing prioritiesA passion for service delivery and a proactive mindsetAbility to balance process compliance with client expectationsAbility to obtain BPSS Security Clearance.
