With nearly 500 clients across Southern England, theyre now scaling further and need a confident, energetic sales professional to lead the charge. Whats the role? This is a field-based, new business role where your mission is to drive growth. Youll be supported by a strong operations team, but this role is all about building new relationships, creating solutions, and closing deals. Your focus will include: Identifying and targeting potential clients Booking and attending on-site meetings Quoting and presenting tailored service packages Handling negotiations and closing the deal Collaborating with the ops team for seamless service setup What you bring 1+ year in B2B sales (field-based preferred) Confidence in managing the full sales cycle Experience in cleaning/FM sector?
