Duration - till June 2026Responsibilities:Oversee and review daily inbound and outbound operations, managing escalations across all hardware programs.Support the Value-Added Services (VAS) project through all phases:Preparation: Set up production lines at fulfillment centers, assist with end-to-end testing, and troubleshoot operational issues.Execution: Communicate VAS application requirements (e.g., pallet selection), coordinate timely delivery of materials to warehouses, ensure adherence to quality standards, and track daily production output.Post-Execution: Address escalations, resolve quality concerns, and manage aftercare operations.Provide operational support for resolving warehouse challenges, transportation delays, compliance issues, software updates, packaging, labeling, and product quality evaluations.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience2–3 years of experience in order management, logistics, or hardware operationsBackground in supply chain program managementPreferred Qualifications:Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with teams including operations, finance, sales, planning, and engineeringStrong interpersonal and communication skillsHighly organized, proactive, and detail-orientedIntermediate proficiency in spreadsheets and SQL
