My client is a leading national PE firm with a long established successful track record of producing consistently high returns.The firm has recently launched a sizeable new VCT/lower mid market Private Equity growth fund targeting high quality ambitious SME's across the Yorkshire, East Midlands and Humber regions with equity cheque investments up to £5m.To apply for this role, applicants must be located within (or relocate to) daily commutable range of the firm's Leeds City Centre offices.This hands-on Investment Manager role will span responsibility for:Operate as part of a cohesive, high quality PE Investment team.Marketing the Fund using your strong professional network as well as leading the proactive identification of "off market" SME targets across the region.Managing the entire deal process from origination to completion.Ongoing "business partnership" professional support and advice to portfolio companies to achieve their strategic goals in order to maximise their profitable growth potential and shareholder value on successful future exit.The successful candidate will either be an experienced Corporate Finance professional looking to make the career step into a PE Investor role, or alternatively a successful Investment Executive/Manager attracted by the wider career opportunities on offer within this leading national PE firm.You must also be self-driven, results-orientated with a clear focus on quality and performance, as well as having an engaging personality with the ability to build strong and trusted relationships across the deal-making professional community and portfolio companies.In return, my client offers a competitive starting salary between £70k-£90k plus strong annual bonus potential and participation in the Fund "Carry" scheme which is expected to deliver significant future value.Please send your latest CV in strictest confidence to Morgan Financial Search, the retained consultant.
