This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic design studio, contributing to the development of seasonal ranges including handbags and lifestyle accessories.ResponsibilitiesContribute to the development of women's footwear and accessory collections with a strong commercial focusConduct market research and gather trend intelligence, including shop reports, to support the wider design and buying teamsShow a strong understanding of the brand's identity, aesthetic, and target customerStay up to date with both premium and high street fashion trends, and translate them into brand-relevant ideasCollaborate on the creation of unique branding and hardware concepts that reinforce the brand’s signature lookCommunicate effectively with internal departments and external suppliersPresent creative ideas clearly and confidently to the teamOffer trend insights and inspiration that help shape upcoming collectionsBring enthusiasm and proactive thinking to the team, contributing fresh ideasManage your workload efficiently and flexibly, with the ability to work independently and as part of a teamExperience & Skills1–2 years of commercial experience in a footwear and accessories design environmentA strong, versatile portfolio demonstrating creative vision and technical competencyDegree-level education in Fashion, Footwear, or Accessories DesignHigh attention to detail and excellent organisational skillsProficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, with solid digital drawing and CAD skillsConfident in Microsoft Office and PowerPoint for presentations
