Senior Design Role - Full-time remote working Underscore is a full-service creative, branding, communications and digital agency that turns businesses into globally conscious brands with tailored solutions that elevate your presence, engage your audience, and drive measurable success.We’re looking for a highly skilled and self-driven senior designer with a proven track record of delivering outstanding work across a variety of creative disciplines. You should be comfortable managing your own projects from start to finish and consistently bringing strong conceptual, strategic and commercial thinking to the table.The Ideal Candidate Will Have:Demonstrable experience working independently, perhaps running your own agency or freelance business.A strong, versatile portfolio showcasing branding, typography, layout, presentation design, digital design and motion graphics.A strategic mindset with the ability to confidently present and articulate creative solutions directly to clients.Experience collaborating remotely with teams.A results-focused approach, with the ability to consistently deliver high-quality design that drives impact. Ability to communicate rationale behind design decisions in a compelling, strategic way.Deep understanding of UX/UI principles, including accessibility and responsive design.Advanced skills in tools like Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Pitch and Figma.A broad understanding of digital marketing and social media.Ability to create engaging micro-interactions, animations, or explainer content to enhance storytelling or product engagement.You’ll Be:Contributing to design, strategy, and brand development across multiple client briefs.Reporting directly to the Managing Director and working remotely, with regular virtual check-ins and occasional in-person team meet-ups or client meetings.Expected to work initially on a contract basis.Available to start late July and hit the ground running with minimal onboarding.Able to work independently and meet deadlines without compromising on quality.How to Apply:If you’re a talented senior designer ready to make meaningful contributions and enjoy working with a small, ambitious team, send us your CV along with a brief cover email to explaining why this role is a perfect fit for you and your availability.
