Our offices are shared with CIC, and the team are surrounded daily by our inspiring project teams, volunteers and the charities we work with within the community.Additionally, we offer:Flexible working hours, with start times between 8am - 10am and respective end times between 5pm - 7pmGenerous holiday allowance of 30 days + bank holidaysGenerous parental leaveSummer office shutdown, where the office is closed in August so our teams can work remotely anywhere in the worldChristmas shutdown, where FSC is closed for 2 weeksRegular team dinners, monthly team lunches, and eventsABOUT THE ROLEThe FSC Senior Project Manager will be joining the Delivery Team, and will be managed by our Head of Delivery.The FSC Senior Project Manager will be highly experienced and dynamic, overseeing diverse range of projects for our clients. These can include strategic consultancy, research, brand and visual design, new products and service design, digital marketing and campaigns, as well as print and TV projects. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in assembling and leading multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring seamless project execution, and delivering outstanding results that align with our clients’ needs.RESPONSIBILITIESTeam Leadership & Onboarding Onboarding New Team Members: Integrate new members into project teams, fostering a positive and collaborative environment that aligns with FSC valuesMotivate and Set Up Teams for Success: Inspire and guide multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring they are well-prepared and equipped to meet project challenges2. Project Planning and Execution Hands-on Collaboration: Work closely with the team, delving into the details of the work, aiding in problem-solving, and collaboratively crafting solutions and deliverablesDynamic Planning and Delivery: Oversee the planning and delivery of projects, prioritising tasks based on team capacity and capabilities to ensure timely and high-quality outcomesProject Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budgetTimings Management: Ensure all projects adhere to established timelines, adjusting plans as necessary to address any delays or changes in project scope3. Risk Management and Issue Resolution Identify and Mitigate Risks: Spot potential issues early, provide recommendations, and determine the appropriate escalation points to alleviate delivery challengesDecisive Action: Make timely decisions, communicate them clearly, and implement them swiftly to keep projects on track4. Scoping and Estimation Project Scoping: Accurately scope and estimate project efforts, creating detailed proposals and Statements of Work (SOW) that outline deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.5. Client Relationship Management Build Client Relationships: Develop strong relationships with clients, gaining a deep understanding of their business to confidently discuss challenges and create tailored solutions.Identify Growth Opportunities: Spot opportunities for account growth and present them to clients, contributing to the expansion of our client portfolio.6. Documentation and PresentationDeck Creation: Develop compelling project decks and presentations for internal and external stakeholders, clearly outlining project process, plans, and outcomesReporting: Regularly report on project status, risks, and deliverables to clients and senior management, ensuring transparency and alignmentABOUT YOU We’re looking for someone excited to join a start-up team, working in a new model and testing and learning all the time. Our ideal candidate will have:Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, preferably in a consulting, creative, or digital marketing agency environmentLeadership: Proven ability to to lead and motivate multi-disciplinary teams, fostering collaboration and high performanceCommunication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and decisions to clients and team membersProblem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issuesClient Focus: Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining strong client relationships, with a deep understanding of client business needs and challengesOrganisational Skills: Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks effectivelyTechnical Proficiency: Familiarity with project management tools and software, as well as a solid understanding of digital marketing, design, and production processesAdaptability: Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and client needs, maintaining flexibility and resilience under pressurePresentation Skills: Proficiency in creating engaging and informative project decks and presentations
