Contract Manager Based across Imperial College Campuses – South Kensington, White City, and HammersmithCompetative pay plus Car AllowanceFull-time, Monday to Friday, 8am–5pmAre you an experienced Contract Manager with a passion for operational excellence and technical leadership?We’re looking for a dynamic individual to join our team at Dalkia UK, managing facilities maintenance services across Imperial College’s prestigious London campuses.This is an exciting opportunity to work within a high-profile environment, leading a dedicated team that delivers critical building services across academic and research facilities — 24/7.What You’ll Be Doing:Overseeing planned maintenance and ensuring a responsive, high-quality reactive serviceLeading a multidisciplinary team to meet and exceed contractual KPIs and SLAsActing as the key on-site representative, building strong client relationships across multi site facilities maintenance operation.Driving safety culture through visible leadership and regular auditsIdentifying operational efficiencies and growth opportunities for the contractManaging directly employed staff and suppliersManaging subcontractor performance and supporting commercial deliveryWhat We’re Looking For:Solid technical knowledge in M&E and building fabric maintenanceProven experience managing multi-site FM operationsStrong leadership and people management skillsProficiency with CAFM systems and reporting toolsAbility to manage financial performance, including P&L oversightClear, confident communicator able to engage with a wide range of stakeholdersQualifications & Experience:Essential:IOSH Managing SafelyExperience leading FM services in a client-facing roleDesirable:NEBOSH General CertificateHNC in Building Services EngineeringRecognised engineering apprenticeshipWhy Join Us?At Dalkia, we offer more than just a role – we provide an environment where you can thrive, grow, and make a lasting impact.
