Your key responsibilities will include:Generating property valuations and securing new instructionsConducting property viewings with potential buyersNegotiating and progressing salesDelivering exceptional customer service at all timesSupporting and mentoring junior colleagues with training and developmentAssisting in the overall performance management of the branchContributing to creative marketing initiatives and campaignsUsing modern technology to drive efficiency and service improvementsAbout YouWe’re looking for someone who is dynamic, forward-thinking, and passionate about property.
