Associate Director- Technology Consulting Food & DrinkCampden BRI support food & drink manufacturers and retailers with all of their training, technical advice and consultancy needs. You will work with our brilliant & UK leading technical experts across Product Innovation, Process Innovation, Training, Sensory & Consumer Science, Global Food Safety & Regulatory to ensure an excellent consulting service to our clients that adds value to the food and drink supply chain. You'll sit as part of our leadership team to work closely with all business units to deliver a great client experience and retain clients by growing our relationships and supporting their aims. Delivering a service that is sustainably profitable for Campden BRI overall.Collaborate with analysis and testing to build and evolve a cohesive client proposition that supports the needs of the food and drink supply chain. Lead change and be an advocate across the business to improve client service, operational delivery, and process efficiency. Work with sales and other scientists across the business, to build and maintain an effective pipeline of profitable work for Consulting.
