Do you have a track record of delivering complex technology and cyber security initiatives during M&A transformations?We’re hiring a Programme Manager to lead critical, high-impact workstreams as part of a major M&A integration programme. You’ll play a hands-on role in shaping the future of our technology estate across infrastructure, applications, operations, and security.Key Projects You'll Lead:Technology Debt remediation and Operational Resilience upliftIT Operations Management (IToM) enhancementsData Centre lift and shiftApplication transformation and consolidationCyber security uplift and control alignmentOperations Technology synergies across merged entitiesWhat You'll Be Doing:Own the end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent projectsCollaborate with infrastructure, cyber, and IT operations teams to unblock deliveryNavigate complexity, ambiguity, and evolving priorities with confidenceManage cross-functional risks, issues, and dependencies in a dynamic environmentReport regularly into the central PMO, aligning all activity to integration objectivesWhat You’ll Bring:A strong track record in M&A technology integration and cyber programme deliveryDeep understanding of infrastructure, cyber controls, enterprise apps, and IToMComfort working across technical domains and multiple business unitsA pragmatic, hands-on delivery mindset with sharp stakeholder management skillsResilience, structure, and clarity in complex environmentsNext steps:We will be shortlisting for this role starting on Monday 23rd June with interviews to take place w/c Monday 30th June.
