Senior Demand Planner - WholesaleWe are looking for someone to be accountable for leading the end to end demand planning process, managing stock at a global level and maximising revenue and profit across global Wholesale accounts.In this role, you’ll work closely with the Partnerships team, Buying, and the wider Merchandising team to ensure accurate forecasting, an optimised assortment, and account support. This role is critical in driving product strategy, managing the product lifecycle, and collaborating cross functionally to ensure the commercial success of our collections.This position leads by example, acting as an ambassador for Radley, fostering a culture of passion and determination, and driving excellence across the Planning and Merchandising organisationKey ResponsibilitiesDefine OTB parameters alongside Head of Merchandising, including sales, margin, inventory, stock turn and YE inventory targets by region, account and categoryDevelopment and ownership of wholesale forecasts and inventory management activities, including ownership of WSSI and long range merchandising financial plans, ensuring optimal inventory productivity, and maximised sales opportunityTrack and reforecast pre-season plans to ensure alignment to company strategyResponsible for re-balancing inventory to improve productivityAccountable for the 4YP inventory strategy across the full product life cycleCommunicate sales, inventory and margin forecasts to cross-functional partners and SLT, highlighting risks and opportunities and recommending in season/ pre season actionsCollaborate with Partnerships team and Buying to prepare seasonal assortmentsWorking closely with Partners on responsible inventory management in line with company and Partner targetsAnalyse order book performance vs plan, to ensure alignment with financial KPIsOwnership of forecasting line cards on core options, placing reorders to ensure never out of stockCoaching and developing a team of a Junior Merchandiser, and Sales AdministratorProvide clear and effective support to both internal and external customers, addressing their needs and responding promptly.Skills & ExperienceStrong leadership skills: inspiring, energising and instilling a culture of innovation, collaboration and accountabilityDemonstrated excellence across all aspects of demand planningSolid experience in Wholesale planning and order book managementCreative, innovative and customer-oriented when faced with business challengesStrong decision-making capabilityDynamic and collaborative style, able to build positive working relationships with cross-functional teams and translate strategic direction to all levels of the organisationExceptional attention to detail and analytical skillsCommunication: the ability to convey information clearly to internal and external stakeholders.Microsoft 365 experience (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).Benefits & PerksEnhanced annual leave (incl. holiday buy)Sickness PayLife Assurance CoverVirtual GPHealthcare Cash Plan of up to c.£900 per yearEmployee Assistant ProgrammeWellbeing App (Thrive)Company BonusProduct Discount (up to 60%)Time in Service RewardsSample SalesSpecial Occasion GiftsCycle to Work SchemeElectric Vehicle SchemeSeason Ticket LoanBonus SchemeFrom time to time, we occasionally take our roles offline whilst we review all current applicants.
