Care Co-ordinator – £27,500 + Benefits – Dunchurch, RugbyThe RoleAre you experienced in coordinating care within a domiciliary setting? Do you have a strong understanding of care standards and the ability to adapt quickly to the needs of both clients and staff?We are looking for a dedicated and organised Care Co-ordinator to join our team at Your Quality Care Services Limited.In this role, you will be central to ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of care services. You’ll manage staff rotas, arrange client visits, carry out assessments and reviews, and help maintain high standards of care across the service. Apply now and help shape the quality of care in your community.Note: No sponsorship available.Key Responsibilities:Create and maintain accurate client records and care plansAllocate care staff to meet client needs effectivelyEnsure all visits are covered during staff absencesCarry out client assessments and risk assessments promptlyReview and update care packages regularlyMonitor staff workloads and raise any recruitment needsEnsure compliance with company policies and CQC standardsSupervise care staff and carry out spot checksAttend staff meetings and participate in the on-call rotaThe CompanyYour Quality Care Services is a home care provider that aims to provide the highest quality of services to each of our clients.
