We’ve partnered with a growing commodity trading firm that is looking to hire a Logistics Coordinator for their London office. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-evolving business focused on the sourcing and export of high-quality agricultural commodities.Reporting directly to the Head of Commodities Trading, this role offers strong exposure across the business and a chance to play a key part in supporting the trading function with logistics operations.Key responsibilities include:• Liaising with internal teams and external partners including freight forwarders, agents and warehouse providers• Coordinating end-to-end logistics for physical commodity trades, from contract confirmation through to delivery• Managing transport bookings across sea, rail, road, or air freight• Overseeing and verifying key shipping and customs documentation• Ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and incoterms• Tracking shipments and proactively resolving any issues or delays• Supporting finance with invoicing and reconciliation processes• Helping to improve and streamline logistics systems and proceduresYou should apply if you have:• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations—ideally within commodities, trading, or freight forwarding• A strong understanding of shipping documentation and global trade flows• Solid stakeholder management and communication skills• A proactive, organised approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities• Familiarity with incoterms and international shipping practicesIf you're looking to join a collaborative team in a business where your work has direct commercial impact, this is a great opportunity to get involved at an exciting stage of growth.
