Maintenance Plumber – Static Site – Portsmouth (Gunwharf Quays)We’re looking for an experienced and reliable Maintenance Plumber to join the team on a well-maintained static site at Gunwharf Quays Shopping Centre in Portsmouth.Up to £38,000 basic salaryMonday to Friday – 40 hours per week, flexible shifts between 06:00–18:001-in-8 call out rota / weekend duty rotaOvertime availableFree on-site parkingDay-to-day duties will include:Carrying out PPMs and reactive works on all plumbing systemsServicing and maintaining hot and cold-water systems, pipework, sanitary ware, and drainageUnblocking sinks, toilets, and drainsIdentifying and repairing leaksBasic fault finding and minor mechanical maintenance tasksWorking in plant rooms and communal areasSupporting other engineers as part of the wider on-site maintenance teamWhat you’ll need:NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing & Heating (or equivalent)Experience working in a commercial or facilities maintenance environmentStrong understanding of H&S and compliance requirementsGood communication and teamwork skillsFull UK driving licence preferred (not essential for this static role)This is a great opportunity for a plumber who’s looking for a stable role on a clean, professional site with a strong team around them.If you're local to Portsmouth and looking for something solid, get in touch — happy to run you through it.Kind regards,Kyle KirstenPRS
