With a strong reputation for quality delivery and a culture that truly puts people first, this is an opportunity to join a fast-growing, dynamic organisation shaping the future of mission-critical infrastructure.The RoleWe’re looking for a Regional Director to lead and grow a multidisciplinary team of up to 60 professionals across your region. This is a strategic leadership role with a focus on client success, operational excellence, and building high-performing, people-centric teams. You’ll be responsible for delivering complex programs across the data centre and digital asset space while supporting the long-term growth and direction of the business.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Team DevelopmentLead, support, and inspire regional teams across Advisory, PMO, Project Management, and Cost Management.Build and nurture a positive, inclusive, and growth-focused culture across all levels.Mentor and develop senior managers to enhance leadership capability across the business.Support talent acquisition and retention, ensuring the team scales effectively as the business grows.Client & Market EngagementDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the digital infrastructure space.Act as a trusted advisor and regional ambassador for the business.Drive new business development and identify growth opportunities within existing and emerging markets.Operational & Project LeadershipOversee the successful delivery of complex programs and services across the region.Ensure consistent quality, budget control, and timeline adherence across all projects.Work closely with service line leads to ensure optimal resource allocation and project execution.Strategic ContributionPlay a key role in shaping and delivering regional strategy in line with company-wide goals.Collaborate with executive leadership on long-term planning, growth, and innovation.Stay informed of industry trends, client needs, and emerging technologies.What We're Looking For10+ years in senior leadership roles within consulting, construction, or the digital built environment.A strong track record of delivering large-scale programs—ideally within data centers or digital infrastructure.Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing P&L or regional operations.Strong commercial and client-facing skills.Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Construction, Project Management); professional qualifications like PMP, RICS, or MBA are advantageous.Ideal ProfilePeople-Focused Leader - You prioritise team wellbeing, development, and performance.Strategic & Commercial Thinker - You connect day-to-day execution with long-term vision.Collaborative by Nature - You foster cross-functional collaboration and strong internal relationships.Calm Under Pressure - You navigate complex projects and client demands with confidence and empathy.Driven by Purpose - You want to make a real impact in a growing, future-focused sector.What’s on OfferCompetitive salary and performance-based bonusComprehensive benefits packageFlexible and hybrid working environmentReal influence on business direction and leadership strategyA values-driven company culture where people come first
