Payment Clerk roleLocation: 5 days in TakeleyFull Time, Fully site basedPermanent basisConstruction/ house build experienceIdeally someone with COINS experienceYou will report directly to a Director and will look after the following;Invoice Management: Receiving, processing, and recording invoices from vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers.Payment Processing: Preparing and processing payments, including creating payment runs and ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments.Reconciliation: Reconciling accounts payable ledgers to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly recorded.Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of all invoices, payments, and other financial transactions.Communication: Handling inquiries from vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams regarding payment status and discrepancies.Compliance: Ensuring all payment activities adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as relevant legal and contractual requirements.
