Head of Analysis/Operational Strategy/Well-Established Consultancy/up to 90kWe’re working with a well-established consultancy that’s growing its capability in strategic decision analysis. They’re looking for a Head of Operation Analysis to oversee and develop a high-performing team delivering insight-led support across multiple sectors and clients in defence.Key Responsibilities:Direct and mentor a team delivering evidence-based insights, scenario analysis, and simulation outputs.Partner with stakeholders to guide capability choices and long-term planning.Develop internal tools, methods, and frameworks to enhance decision support offerings.Maintain delivery standards, provide technical oversight, and contribute to commercial opportunities.We’re looking for:Strong experience in quantitative or systems-based analysis within the defence industry.Skilled in shaping structured assessments, strategic modelling, or investment justification.Comfortable leading teams and working with clients across high-assurance environments.Prior experience in consulting or advisory roles within complex projects.If this does look like something that could be of interest please apply as interviews are being scheduled!Head of Analysis/Operational Strategy/Well-Established Consultancy/up to 90k
