We thrive at the intersection of science and beauty – helping our customers bring next-generation formulations to life.The Role: We are looking for a dynamic and commercially savvy Product Manager to lead our portfolio of personal care ingredients. You will be responsible for driving the strategy, positioning and growth of key products across the UK & Ireland. Working closely with R&D, sales, marketing, and supply chain teams, you’ll serve as the champion for your products – ensuring they meet customer needs and market demands.Key Responsibilities:Own the lifecycle of assigned product lines – from launch to phase-outDevelop and execute product strategies and roadmaps based on market trends, competitive intelligence, and customer feedbackCollaborate with sales and marketing to craft compelling value propositions and go-to-market strategiesMonitor product performance and margins; identify opportunities for growth and optimizationSupport customer engagement, including technical discussions and formulation support when neededCoordinate with R&D on innovation pipelines, new ingredient application development, and regulatory requirementsDeliver product training and technical support materials for internal teams and customersRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Cosmetic Science, or related field3+ years of experience in product management, technical marketing, or business development – ideally in personal care, beauty, or home care/I&I marketsStrong understanding of cosmetic formulations and industry regulations (e.g. INCI, REACH)Commercial mindset with the ability to balance technical depth and market insightExcellent communication and project management skillsAbility to work cross-functionally and lead without direct authority
