They are looking for a strategic and creative Content & Engagement Lead to take ownership of their content engine, both strategy and execution. This is a hybrid role based in London ideal for someone who knows how to turn ideas into influence across multiple content formats.The agency works at the intersection of real estate, infrastructure and public affairs — helping developers earn public trust by mobilising real residents to speak up for the places they care about. Clarity, credibility and content that gets shared in the right rooms.As Content Lead, you’ll drive their daily content output — from thought leadership on LinkedIn to high-trust emails, short-form video, comment responses and pitch decks. You’ll work closely with the founders and leadership team to shape and distribute smart, strategic content that builds influence and drives pipeline. You’ll own the content calendar, repurpose insights into compelling formats, and ensure every asset helps deepen engagement with target audiences.We’re looking for someone who’s just as comfortable crafting a standout post as they are managing a content schedule or briefing a designer.
