As we continue to scale, we are looking for a driven and proactive Business Development Representative to help fuel our growth.The RoleThis is a key commercial role within the team, responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. You will be the first point of contact for many prospective clients and play a vital role in shaping their first impression of Odicci. Working closely with our sales, marketing, and product teams, you will help build a strong pipeline of opportunities and ensure we are speaking to the right brands, at the right time, with the right message. This is a hybrid role based in London, with 2 to 3 days a week in our central office to encourage collaboration and shared learning.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and engage prospective clients through outbound channels including email, LinkedIn, and phoneQualify inbound leads and set up discovery meetings for the senior sales teamWork with the marketing team to tailor outreach campaigns by vertical and regionResearch target accounts and identify key decision-makers across CRM, loyalty, and digital marketing functionsCollaborate closely with the Account Executive team to support opportunity progression and handoverMaintain accurate records of outreach and pipeline activity in our CRM (HubSpot)Act as a brand ambassador during industry events and virtual webinarsProvide feedback to marketing and product teams based on prospect conversationsRequirements2/3 years of experience in a BDR role within a B2B SaaS or technology environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsComfortable using CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outreach toolsA natural curiosity and a passion for understanding customer needsSelf-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit teamOrganised, persistent, and resilient in the face of rejectionExperience or interest in retail, beauty, loyalty, or digital marketing sectors is a plusWhat We OfferCompetitive salary with commission and performance incentivesHybrid working in our central London officeClear progression path into Account Executive or Customer Success rolesOpportunity to work with top global brands on innovative marketing strategiesA collaborative, ambitious, and supportive team culture
