About the RoleThis is a key role supporting a major organisational transformation programme - focusing on cultural repositioning, digital modernisation, and office relocation. If you're passionate about employee engagement and thrive during periods of change, we’d love to hear from you.As Internal Communications Manager, you will:Lead the internal communications strategy across the organisation.Partner with senior stakeholders (including the CEO) to ensure clarity and consistency in messaging.Deliver targeted communications campaigns and regular staff engagement events (e.g. town halls, updates).Oversee and improve internal channels to ensure messages are timely, accessible, and well received.Manage one direct report.What we’re looking for:A proven track record delivering internal communications, during periods of change or restructuring.Experience working in a complex or matrixed organisation – with at least some professional experience of working for a charityStrong stakeholder management skills, and experience working effectively with senior leaders.A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on delivery.Experience running staff meetings, creative campaigns, and managing internal comms channels.Evidence of measuring the success and impact of campaigns.This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact at a major institution, as it redefines its future.
