About Odicci Odicci is a fast-growing SaaS platform that empowers some of the worlds leading brands including SEPHORA, Michael Kors, and ASDA - to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through immersive, gamified experiences. Our mission is to help brands create meaningful connections with their customers through interactivity, data capture, and personalisation. As we continue to scale, we are looking for a driven and proactive Business Development Representative to help fuel our growth. The Role This is a key commercial role within the team, responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. You will be the first point of contact for many prospective clients and play a vital role in shaping their first impression of Odicci. Working closely with our sales, marketing, and product teams, you will help build a strong pipeline of opportunities and ensure we are speaking to the right brands, at the right time, with the right message. This is a hybrid role based in London, with 2 to 3 days a week in our central office to encourage collaboration and shared learning. Key Responsibilities Identify and engage prospective clients through outbound channels including email, LinkedIn, and phone Qualify inbound leads and set up discovery meetings for the senior sales team Work with the marketing team to tailor outreach campaigns by vertical and region Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers across CRM, loyalty, and digital marketing functions Collaborate closely with the Account Executive team to support opportunity progression and handover Maintain accurate records of outreach and pipeline activity in our CRM (HubSpot) Act as a brand ambassador during industry events and virtual webinars Provide feedback to marketing and product teams based on prospect conversations Requirements 2/3 years of experience in a BDR role within a B2B SaaS or technology environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfortable using CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outreach tools A natural curiosity and a passion for understanding customer needs Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team Organised, persistent, and resilient in the face of rejection Experience or interest in retail, beauty, loyalty, or digital marketing sectors is a plus What We Offer Competitive salary with commission and performance incentives Hybrid working in our central London office Clear progression path into Account Executive or Customer Success roles Opportunity to work with top global brands on innovative marketing strategies A collaborative, ambitious, and supportive team culture
