The role: Involved in landmark merger reviews and cartel investigations Advising on competition, FDI, and foreign subsidies issues Strategic input into high-stakes global deals and disputes Drafting, research, and client contact from day one Business development and mentoring opportunities Requirements: 14 PQE (UK Qualified), with solid antitrust/competition experience at a major city firm. Trained and retained. Commercially sharp, collaborative, and confident with clients Comfortable working across jurisdictions and with international teams FDI/FSR exposure helpful but not a must Why now?
