This role is ideal for someone ready to take ownership of a diverse portfolio of construction and refurbishment projects across various sectors.Youll play a key role in driving project delivery while upholding the highest standards in quality, health & safety, and client satisfaction.What You'll Be Doing:Supporting the Operations Manager and Projects Director with the successful delivery of multiple contractsCoordinating the production of pre-construction information and ensuring robust planning is in placeOverseeing on-site operations and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budgetEnforcing compliance with the companys Construction Management System, including regular checks on site records and documentationActing as Temporary Works Co-ordinator on relevant projectsLeading and supporting Site Managers to ensure effective site delivery and performanceManaging contracts through strong commercial awareness, programming, and contract administrationProducing and maintaining project programmes including tender, construction, target, and weekly/monthly lookaheadsBuilding and managing a supply chain aligned with company standards and governanceCollaborating with Quantity Surveyors to ensure valuations and contractual processes are completed accurately and on timeProviding regular progress updates and reports to clients and senior leadershipMonitoring contract performance using KPIs and ensuring alignment with business objectivesHelping to identify and engage future clients to support business development effortsWhat We're Looking For:At least 5 years experience in a Contract or Project Management role within constructionStrong leadership and communication skills with a collaborative, hands-on approachProficiency in programming software (ideally Microsoft Project)Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneouslyEssential Qualifications:Degree or HNC in Construction or a related disciplineMCIOB (or working towards it)SMSTSTemporary Works Co-OrdinatorFirst Aid at Work (3-day)
